Traditionally, Anime/Manga characters are portrayed as "lipless". However, it is possible to have characters with full, even pouty, lips. The trick is to draw the mouth in the traditional anime way then apply the lips to it. If you keep the proportions right it will look good.
I've been learning Anime these past few months and I found mouths to be one of the hardest parts, so I've chosen to make a tutorial for anyone who feel the same way. this tutorial will focus on the partially open mouth (Left side, middle), because once you lean it, you've learned them all.
