The Peanuts have been around forever, it seems. Peanuts (AKA Charlie Brown) started out as a comic strip and progressed into many cartoon movies. I have put together an easy step by step drawing tutorial that builds up Charlie Brown’s form with simple shapes. Not only will young kids be able to do this, but also teens and adults will enjoy it as well. Find the easy Charlie Brown drawing lesson & instructions below. Good luck.

How to Draw Charlie Brown from The Peanuts Comic Cartoon With Easy Steps
Step 1
Draw an oval shape for Charlie Brown’s face. Now draw guidelines around Charlie Brown’s face to make it easier to place his facial features.
Step 2
Now that you drew guidelines, it will be easier to place the nose and ears…place the nose (a backwards letter ‘c’ shape) in the center of the face. Draw the ears (letter ‘c’ shapes) on both sides of the horizontal line (line going left and right).
Step 3
Now draw Charlie Brown’s eyes on both sides of his nose…they look like apostrophe symbols (or commas with a circle at the top). Also draw his hair by drawing a loop-de-loop (or a sideways number ’3′ shape).
Step 4
Now draw his eyebrows, downwards turned lines. Draw the top of his mouth by drawing a curved ‘m’ like shape.
Step 5
Draw the bottom of his mouth now. Draw a bunch of ovals to make up the basic shape of his arm / hand.
Step 6
Now start building up the actual lines of Charlie Brown’s arms (look like letter ‘u’s).
