How to Draw Santa Clause in 10 Easy Steps : Christmas Drawing Tutorial for Kids

Step 1

Step 1) Draw a circle and mark lines for the nose and the eyes.

Step 2

Step 2) Draw the ear shape and make marks for the eyes.

Step 3

Step 3) Draw two curves starting from the vertical “nose-line and end right above the ear

Step 4

Step 4) Draw the eye-brows, the mouth, and the chicks

Step 5

Step 5) Right below the nose draw another circle of the same size as the head’s – that is for the beard. Mark a horizontal line through the center of the new circle. On the left from the circle draw a smaller circle placed on the same horizontal line for the hand. Then draw five small circles around and inside that circle for the fingers.  Draw a vertical line starting right below the ear – stoop at crossing with the marked horizontal line you drew for the beard, then join it with the “beard-circle” .

Step 6) Continue with the eyes, add more detail to the beard and the hand, draw mustaches, draw a line for the body. Erase all auxiliary lines and marks to clean up.

Step 7

Step 7) Now, draw the hand and continue adding more detail to the beard, draw collar. Clean up your drawing making all the lines look smooth and neat.

Step 8)  Now, draw the costume

Step 9) Add the belt

Step 10) Clean up the drawing, erase all the marks and make all the lines look smooth and neat. That’s it! Color the drawing! 🙂
