How to Draw Sleeping Beauty with Step by Step Drawing Lessons

How to Draw Sleeping Beauty with Step by Step Drawing Tutorial for Kids

Step 1

First draw an oval and then draw guidelines to help place Sleeping Beauty’s facial features.

Step 2

Draw a chin under the oval so that the shape looks more like the one above. See how we placed the eyes on the guideline.

Step 3

Now that you started off  drawing the basic shapes, you`ll notice that she will look like a dummy.   Create a circle for the head, also ovals for the eyes, and a cylinder for the neck.

Step 4

Create curved  lines for the hair, you`ll refine it later.

Step 5

The body. Create 2 circles for the shoulders, also lines for the arms, add a cilinder for the waist, and more circles for the elbows, fingers, etc.

Step 6

The dress. Create many random curvy line and just draw lines towards the beggining point (for the folds)

Step 7

Adding details to the drawing. Use another color  to draw around the guidelines, refine the hair, and the rest of the body, dress, etc.

Step 8

Erase the guidelines to finish the drawing.

Step 9

Sleeping Beauty’s dress (Disney’s version at least) has Sleeping Beauty wearing a beautiful pink gown with flowing blonde hair. So if you want to colorize her, these are the colors to use. I hope that you had fun!
