Steps to Drawing a Cartoon Christmas Tree Lesson for the Holidays

Here is another drawing tutorial in our series of recent Christmas lessons that we have been getting out. Today, we will show you how to draw a cartoon-ish Christmas Tree, decorated with garland, ornaments, and a gold star. Have fun with the following step by step instructional tutorial.

How to Draw Cartoon Christmas Tree Lesson for the Holidays Step by Step Drawing Lesson for Kids

Step 1

Step 1… Create the basic shapes of the tree, which is a rounded-bottomed triangle (cone-shape), also add the star at the top. To draw the star (if you don’t know how to), draw 5 points and following the diagram above.

Step 2

Step 2… Next, create the “layers” of the tree, adding small triangles.

Step 3

Step 3 … Now add the decorations to the tree, create small circles.

Step 4

Step 4…Adding more decoration. Create curved lines around the tree from the top.

Step 5… finally, just add the bottom of the tree.

Now color in the Christmas tree with the colors that you wish. I hope that you had fun (the most important part of drawing) and that your tree turned out great!
