Now lets learn how to draw a cartoon ladybug. This is easy enough for younger kids and preschoolers…just follow the simple illustrated steps found below.
Start off by lightly drawing the ladybugs basic shape …. a half circle for the body… a circle for the head….and 2 upside down letter ‘J’s for the antennae.
Draw a big circle and a smaller circle for the eyes.
Color the face black. Also draw a circle in both eyes for the iris / pupil. Draw 2 highlights in each eye to…the top one is bigger.
Draw a circle for the nose. Draw a backwards letter ‘J’ for the mouth.
Draw a lowercase letter ‘b’ for each foot. Draw spots on the ladybug’s body.
