Attach 2 ping pong balls on top of stalks for the costume’s eyes.
Draw boo’s face. A small button nose and little eyes.
Next draw her hair.
Now add some French fry hair to the costume.
Add circles on the tentacles for detail.
Do the same for the feet, and add smaller lines for the body.
Darken your lines and give Boo a nice clean finish. I hope that this tutorial helped you to draw Boo from Monsters Inc. and that you had a lot of fun 🙂
