Step 1

Let’s begin by drawing an oval.

For the body, use another oval, but add a notch to one side.

Add two lanky arms on either side of the oval.

Now, add two more for the feet.

Make a third squiggly line for the tail.

Draw two cone shapes on top for his ears. His eyes occupy half of his head, use that as a guideline.
