Today I will show you how to draw a chibi version of Finn from Star Wars The Force Awakens. This cartoon version of Finn is fun to draw and to show off. I think it is a pretty easy, simple drawing lesson, easy enough for kids. Have fun!

Written-Out Step by Step Instructions

(Step 1) Draw a letter ‘B’ shape. If you want, draw guidelines within it to help you place the facial features.

(Step 2) Draw a bubble-letter ‘H’ for the body. This is a guide for the body, so don’t draw it darkly.

(Step 3) Draw letter ‘L’ shapes for eyes. Draw a letter ‘C’ shape for the ear. Draw 2 curved lines for the arm.

(Step 4) Draw a letter ‘S’ shape in the ear. Draw a line on the right side of each eye. Draw a backwards #6 shape for the nose and a capital letter ‘E’ shape for the mouth. Draw a curved line in a few places. Draw guideline #8-like shape for the hands. Draw letter ‘c’ shaped feet.

(Step 5) Draw letter ‘T’ shapes that are curved inside the eyes. Draw 2 lines for light saber. draw #3 shapes for fingers…add a few other details.

(Step 6) Draw a sideways #3-shaped curve for bangs. Draw oval, a letter ‘u’ and ‘c’ shape in each eye. Draw a curved line on side of mouth. Add a few details to clothing.

(Step 7) Add an oval for thumb. Draw check mark shape for left eye brow and an upside down letter ‘v’ shape for the right one. Draw a curved line on top of ‘u’ shape in eye. Continue to add detailson clothing. Draw letter ‘u’ shape on each shoe. Finish up hands and add curve to light saber.

(Step 8) Add finishing details.

(Step 9) Add color if you choose to.
