There aren’t very many tutorials out there for drawings hugs, which is surprising because they are hard to draw…in my opinion. So I put together a very quick tutorial on drawing passionate hugs. If you need more help, please let me know, and maybe I will put together a more involved tutorial. Have fun!
How to Draw Two People Hugging : Drawing Hugs Step by Step Drawing Tutorial

Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions
(Step 1) Draw (Lightly) a heart-shape.
(Step 2) Draw an oval for each curve in the heart.
(Step 3) Lightly draw ovals for arm guidelines.
(Step 4) Draw oval guidelines for the other arm.
(Step 5) Outline the arms with the outer edge of each arm. Draw guidelines in the right-side face. Draw the geometric guidelines that I drew for the right hand.
(Step 6) Draw the back on the left and right side. Draw the guidelines for the left hand (2 outer-turned lines and a curved line in the center).
(Step 7) Draw the fingers on the left and right hand…on the right hand, the fingers are like letter ‘U’ shapes…on the left hand…they are more like sideways #3 shapes for the knuckles.
(Step 8) Draw curved lines for her eyes and a ‘u’ shaped center of the nose.
(Step 9) Draw the thumb on the hand. Draw hair. Draw eye lashes, eye brows and a curved line on each side of the nose.
(Step 10) You are now done…I hope this tutorial helped you.
