Written-Out Step by Step Instructions

(Step 1) Draw a sideways #3 shape.

(Step 2) Draw a letter ‘v’ shape for the bottom of the heart.

(Step 3) Draw 2 lines for the stem. Draw a letter ‘U’-like shape for the bottom of the rose.

(Step 4) Draw tiny letter ‘w’ shapes for the leaves at the bottom of the rose. Draw a letter ‘y’-like shape at the top of the rose.

(Step 5) Draw a sideways #6-like shape or spiral at the top of the rose. Draw a #7-like shape at the side of the rose. Draw 2 outwards curved lines at the bottom of the rose.

(Step 6) Draw 2 letter ‘x’ shapes where the stem will pierce the heart. Draw a sideways letter ‘U’ shape on the rose. Draw a line as well.

(Step 7) Draw a line on each letter ‘x’. Draw a sideways letter ‘v’ shape on the rose.

(Step 8) Fill in the letter ‘x’ shapes. Draw a tiny letter ‘v’ shape on the back of the rose.

(Step 9) Erase a few of the lines…including part of the stem.

(Step 10) Color in the rose and heart if you choose to.
