Today I will show you how to draw Mewto from Pokemon and Pokemon Go. While it is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon, it can Mega Evolve into two different forms: Mega Mewtwo X using Mewtwonite X and Mega Mewtwo Y using Mewtwonite Y. It is a member of the Mew duo along with Mew.

I will show you how to draw Mewto with more than a dozen steps, so you can see how to draw him with easy geometric shapes, letters, and numbers. Our process of showing you the simplest steps, will guide you in the easiest way possible. Happy Drawing!

Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Steps 1-5) I will show you how to draw Mewto by first having you draw the basic geometric shapes that make up his form. Draw as lightly as you can with all of the guide-lines (they are in blue) as we will erase them later. They are just here to “guide” you.

(Step 6) Lightly draw oval guidelines for fingers. Draw ?-like shapes on the face.

(Step 7) Draw a curved line for the top of the eye. Draw a curved line on the neck. Draw a sideways ?- shape on the right shoulder area.

(Step 8) Draw a ? shape on his forehead. Draw an upside down letter ‘Y’ shape on the neck. Draw a curved line on the left shoulder area. Draw curved line for bottom of eye.

(Step 9) Draw another ? shape on top of head…and one on the left arm. Draw curved lines on chest. Draw half circle in the eye. Draw a sideways letter ‘j’ shape for mouth.

(Step 10) Draw an oval for the nostril. Draw a letter ‘s’-like shape on right side of face. Draw curved lines on chest. Draw a sideways ‘s’-curve on left arm.

(Step 11) Draw 2 curved lines on belly. Outline the guidelines of arms. Draw an oval for the eye’s highlight.

(Step 12) Draw outline of hand’s guidelines. Draw 2 curved lines on back of head. Draw letter ‘s’ shape for tail.

(Step 13) Draw the top of tail, which basically follows the curved of the bottom of the tail. Draw ?-like shapes for the thighs. Draw a line on each leg.

(Step 14) Use the feet guidelines to help you draw basic outline of feet.

(Step 15) Draw a letter ‘c’ shape at end of tail. Draw some lines on the feet…the center of the right foot is an upside down letter ‘u’ shape.

(Step 16) Outline toe guidelines.

(Step 17) Erase any guidelines / lines that aren’t needed any more.

(Step 18) Colorize Mewto if you have the time.
