Today I will show you how to draw these cute little baby / kawaii / chibi penguins that are stacked, one holding a balloon and the other holding a fish. This is super easy to draw. You start with the number “8” shape and then you build it up by drawing basic geometric shapes, letters, and numbers. This is a great drawing lesson for beginners and for kids of all ages. Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions
(Step 1) Draw a #8 shape. Each oval of the #8 is a penguin.
(Step 2) Draw 2 ovals in each penguin for eyes.
(Step 3) Draw a letter ‘v’ shape for each beak.
(Step 4) Draw a curved line for the top of each beak.
(Step 5) Draw 2 ovals for each penguin’s feet.
(Step 6 & 7) Draw an upside down letter ‘j’ shape in each penguin. Do it again.
(Step 8) Draw a letter ‘U’ shape for an arm on each penguin.
(Step 9) Do it again, but this time, slant the ‘U’ more.
(Step 10) Draw a letter ‘S’ shape in the top penguin’s right hand.
(Step 11) Draw an oval in the left hand of the bottom penguin. Draw an oval above and to the right of the letter ‘s’ you drew on the top penguin.
(Step 12) Draw a triangle on the balloon. Draw a sideways #3 shape on the oval in the bottom penguin’s hand. This is a fish.
(Step 13) Draw a letter ‘x’ for the eye on the fish.
(Step 14) Color the penguins in.
