Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Steps 1 and 2) Lightly draw basic shapes for guide lines of Jolteon’s body. Guidelines will be erased at the end.

(Step 3) Draw a curved line for the snout and a letter ‘j’-like curve for the bottom of the eye.

(Step 4) Draw a curved line for upper eye. Use the face guidelines to help you draw some of the face.

(Step 5) Draw some letter ‘M’ shapes. Draw a sideways letter ‘s’ curve for the mouth.

(Step 6) Draw an oval and a half circle inside the eye. Draw an oval for the nostril. Draw a letter ‘W’ shape on the bottom of the face.

(Step 7) Draw some curved lines.

(Step 8) Draw letter ‘M’ shapes as well as a letter ‘V’ shape.

(Step 9) Draw letter ‘M’ shapes.

(Step 10) Again with the letter ‘M’ shapes. Also draw inner ear – just the same shape as the outer ear. Draw a #5 shape for the back leg. Draw sideways #3 shape for frong feet.

(Step 11) Draw a letter ‘M’ shape on the back of Jolteon..also draw a few other lines. Draw a part of a rectangle for lower legs.

(Step 12) Draw some letter ‘M’ shapes. Draw a flattened backwards letter ‘s’ shape on the back leg. Draw a backwards letter ‘L’ for on of the back legs.

(Step 13) Draw letter ‘c’ shapes for feet. Draw a letter ‘M’ shape, a letter ‘v’ shape, and a #7 shape.

(Step 14) Add finishing details.

(Step 15) Erase guide lines and blacken in some parts.
