Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions
(Step 1) Draw a curved line for the bottom of her face.
(Step 2) Draw 2 curved lines for her neck. Lightly draw guide lines in the face…these will be erased later.
(Step 3) Use the guide lines to place facial features correctly. Draw an oval and a curved line for her eyes.
(Step 4) Draw curved lines for her dress.
(Step 5) Draw a curved line for both her nose and mouth. Draw a sideways #3 and a letter ‘U’ on the bottom of her dress.
(Step 6) Draw a sideways letter ‘U’ shape for one of her arms and 2 curved lines for the other arm.
(Step 7) Draw a curved letter ‘L’ shape for her ear. Draw a check-mark shape for her neck-line. Draw a sideways #3 shape at the bottom of her dress.
(Step 8) Draw wiggly lines for her hair…it doesn’t have to look like mine.
(Step 9) Draw a #3 shape on her left arm for part of her hand. Draw 2 letter ‘U’ shapes for her shoes.
(Step 10) Draw 2 curved lines and an oval for her basket and belt.
(Steps 11-12) Draw more wiggly lines for the curls.
(Steps 13-15) Draw some lines.
(Step 16) Draw lines on the smaller arrows. Draw a triangle at the end of the big arrow. Draw a letter ‘s’-like curve for the bow.
(Step 17) Draw a curved line that resembles a sideways hill for the bottom of the bow.
(Step 18) Draw an oval for her hand.
(Step 19) Outline the curved line of the bow.
(Step 20) Erase guide lines and color her in.
