How to Draw Cool 3D Emojis Stuck Together in Accordion Fold Easy Step by Step Drawing Tutorial for Kids

Today I’ll show you a cool drawing trick to learn how to draw four emojis stuck together in an accordion fold. I believe this is the tired emoji, the expressionless meh emoji, the angry emoji, and the kissing emoji face. These four are stuck together and folded over and under for a really cool effect. Learn How to Draw Cool 3D Emojis Stuck Together in Accordion Fold Simple Steps Drawing Lesson for Beginners

Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Step 1) Lightly draw guidelines of a rectangle. These are to guide you but will be erased at the end.

(Step 2) Draw two circles / ovals within the confines of the guide rectangle.

(Step 3) Draw slanted/ tilted ovals for the 2nd and 4th emoji.

(Step 4) Lightly draw guidelines within the emoji faces – try to get it as I have. You will use these guide lines to help you draw the facial features at the right slant.

(Step 5) Draw eyes (sideways letter ‘v’ and ‘?’ shapes and ovals).

(Step 6) Draw sideways letter ‘v’ (on the 1st) and ‘J’ shapes (on the 4th) and ‘?’ shapes (on the 3rd).

(Step 7) Draw curved lines for eye brows on the 1st and 4th emoji. Draw a line for the top of the mouth on the 2nd emoji. Draw curved lines to finish the eye brows on the 3rd emoji.

(Step 8) Draw sideways letter ‘C’ shape for the mouths on emoji #1 and #3. Draw a line for the bottom of the mouth on emoji #2. Draw a #3 shape for the mouth on emoji #4.

(Step 9) Draw curved lines on emoji #1’s mouth. Draw a line on emoji #3’s mouth. Draw a #3 shape on emoji #4’s mouth.

(Step 10) Draw lines in between the emojis. Draw a line in #1’s mouth.

(Step 11) Draw curved edges on all the facial features.

(Step 12) Erase guide lines.

(Step 13) Fill in everything a yellowish-orange.

(Step 14) Add a darker orange inner outline to all the emoji faces. Smudge it a bit with your finger.

(Step 15) Draw a light brown color inside all of the facial features, except for emoji #4’s mouth (that should be black).

(Step 16) Draw a darker brown shadow on the inner left side of each facial feature (for a shadow).

(Step 17) Add a letter ‘D’ shaped white highlight to the top of each emoji face. Smudge it as you get lower on the face.

(Step 18) Add a drop shadow below each emoji face…using black or your pencil. Smudge it as you get further from the emoji faces.

(Step 19) Add a bit of a shadow in some places, very lightly. Smudge it a bit.
