Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Step 1) Draw 2 circles forming a sideways #8 shape. These are the 2 characters’ heads.

(Step 2) Draw a letter ‘L’-like shape for the noses.

(Step 3) Draw a sideways letter ‘U’ for the girl’s sleeve. Draw a curved letter ‘L’ for his left leg.

(Step 4) Draw sideways curved letter ‘v’ shape for each mouth.

(Step 5) Draw some curved lines on the girl and a backwards letter ‘L’ for his right leg.

(Step 6) Draw some letter ‘C’ shapes.

(Step 7) Draw a curved line for each of their’ eyes. Draw a letter ‘T’ for the legs and bottom of the boy’s shirt.

(Step 8) Draw an oval and a #7 shape on the girl.

(Step 9) Draw 2 lines for the girl’s arms. Draw a sideways letter ‘U’ shape for his sleeve.

(Step 10) Draw a ‘?’ shape and a line.

(Step 11) Draw 2 lines and another ‘?’ shape.

(Step 12) Draw another ‘?’ shape and zig-zagged lines for hair on both characters.

(Step 13) Draw yet another ‘?’ shape on the boy.

(Step 14) Draw some curved lines.

(Step 15) Draw a curved line in each of the characters’ mouths for teeth. Draw a backwards letter ‘L’ shape for her back sleeve.

(Step 16) Draw zig-zag shapes for her pony tail.

(Step 17) Draw 2 lines for her arms. Draw a curved line at the end of each of their smiles.

(Step 18) Erase some of the lines.

(Step 19) Color them both in if you have the time.
