Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Step 1) Draw a letter ‘U’ shape for Chip and an oval for Mrs. Potts.

(Step 2) Draw 2 curved lines on Chip and wavy lines on Mrs. Potts.

(Step 3) Draw some simple lines.

(Step 4) Draw some curved lines on Chip and a sideways letter ‘V’ and ‘C’ on Mrs. Potts.

(Step 5) Draw a sideways #2 shape on Chip and a backwards letter ‘J’ shape on Mrs. Potts, as well as a letter ‘M’ shape above her eye.

(Step 6) Draw a curved and straight line on Chip and a ‘?’-like shape on Mrs. Potts.

(Step 7) Draw a ‘?’ shape for Chip’s handle. Draw a letter ‘V’ and an oval on Mrs. Potts.

(Step 8) Out line Chip’s handle. Draw a curved line and a letter ‘M’ shape on Mrs. Potts.

(Step 9) Draw curved lines and a letter ‘W’ shape on Chip. Draw a letter ‘M’ shape and a curved line on Mrs. Potts.

(Step 10) Draw a letter ‘W’ and ‘J’ on the base of Chip. Draw 2 lines and a backwards letter ‘C’ shape part of Mrs. Potts’ handle.

(Step 11) Draw ovals for eyes. Draw a sideways #9-like shape on Mrs. Potts.

(Step 12) Draw 2 ovals and a curved line for Chip’s cheeks and mouth. Draw 2 curved lines at the base of Mrs. Potts.

(Step 13) Draw sideways letter ‘v’ shapes in Chip’s eyes. Draw a curved line on his smile. Draw letter ‘c’ shapes on the sides of the base of Mrs. Potts. Finish her handle with a ‘?’-like shape.

(Step 14) Draw some curved lines.

(Step 15) Here is the finished line drawing with a few lines erased (ones that we no longer needed).
