He is sobbing, with tears welling up in his eyes and running down his face. We have broken this tutorial down to many steps, so hopefully, it is easy enough for you to learn how to draw. Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions
(Step 1) Draw a “U” shaped face.
(Step 2) Draw some curved lines.
(Step 3) Draw a “C” shape for each ear.
(Step 4) Draw an “M” shape and a slanted line for his hair.
(Step 5) Draw a line on both sides of the head and an upside-down “V” for more hair.
(Step 6) Draw an “M” and “W” shape for the top hairs.
(Step 7) Finish off the hair and put curved lines in the ears.
(Step 8) Draw 2 curved lines to form the nose.
(Step 9) Draw 2 “C” shapes for his nostrils.
(Step 10) Draw a curved line for the bottom of each eye.
(Step 11) Draw 2 thick curved lines that slope downwards.
(Steps 12 + 13) Draw curved lines on the sides of his eyes.
(Step 14) Draw a partial circle in each eye for the irises.
(Step 15) Draw a sideways “U” shape on each eye to start drawing the tears.
(Step 16) Draw a squiggly line inside each eye for the tears that are welling up. It kind of looks like a sideways #3 shape.
(Step 17) Draw an upside-down “V” shape for the start of each tear.
(Step 18) Draw a “U” shape on each tear to finish them off. Draw a thick downward sloped line for each eyebrow.
(Step 19) Draw a squiggly curved line. Picture a sideways letter “C” and then follow that arc with a squiggly line.
(Step 20) Your crying cartoon face is done. Good job.
