Written Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(STEP 01) Draw 2 circles for his pupils (eyes).

(STEP 02) Draw a comma shape for the outer eye.

(STEP 03) Draw a backward #7 shape for the nose + a curved line for the mouth.

(STEP 04) Draw a curved line for the bottom of his mouth. Draw curved lines at the side of the mouth.

(STEP 05) Draw 2 lines in the mouth for teeth. Draw a sideways #3 shape for his tongue.

(STEP 06) Draw a curved line for the side of his face and on his teeth.

(STEP 07) Draw a sideways #7-like shape for the left side of his face.

(STEP 08) Draw a backward #7 shape on his forehead. Draw a backward “C” for his ear.

(STEP 09) Draw a “W”-like shape and an “L”-like shape.

(STEP 10) Finish up his ear with a line and a curved “E” shape. Draw some curved lines too.

(STEP 11) Draw two “V”-like shapes on his hair.

(STEP 12) Draw a sideways “S” shape and a curved line to finish up his hair.

(STEP 13) Draw an oval for each cheek. Draw a curved line for each brow. Draw 2 lines for the neck.

(STEP 14) Draw a curved line for his shoulders.

(STEP 15) Draw some curved lines.

(STEP 16) Draw 2 lines and an upside-down “?” shape.

(STEP 17) Draw curved lines and 2 “L” shapes for knuckles on his right hand.

(STEP 18) Draw a curved line for the bottom of his shirt.

(STEP 19) Draw 3 lines for his pants.

(STEP 20) Draw a curved line at the bottom of his pants. Draw an “L” shaped zipper. Draw a line for each pocket.

(STEP 21) Draw curved lines for each shoe.

(STEP 22) Draw another curved line on each shoe.

(STEP 23) Draw a “U” shape for the tongue of each shoe.

(STEP 24) Erase overlapping lines and then draw shoelaces.

(STEP 25) Shade him in if you like.
