How to Draw Mr. Herriman from Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends Drawing Lesson

Step 1

Start out the drawing by lightly sketching the basic shapes that make up the form of Mr. Herriman. Draw a big oval for Mr. Herriman’s body, a long rectangle for the neck, and another oval for the head. Also draw 2 ovals for the legs & feet.

Step 2

Now lightly sketch a line cutting the oval in half both ways (horizontally and vertically). Draw an upside down triangle with a curved top for Mr. Herriman’s rabbit nose. The bottom of the nose is close to the center of the oval face. Draw a capital letter ‘A’ shape at the bottom-center of teh oval.

Step 3

Now draw a long rectangle at the top of the rabbit’s head…the will be part of his hat. Draw a letter ‘u’ shape for the right eye. Draw a tall oval for the eye on the left side of the oval.

Step 4

Draw an upside down capital letter ‘T’  at the top of the ‘A’. Draw a letter ‘v’ at both sides of the letter ‘A’.

Step 5

Now re0draw the oval face with more confident lines.

Step 6

Draw an upwards curved line at the bottom of the rectangle for the bottom of the hat. Also draw an inwards curved line on either side of the nose.
