How to Draw Silly Crazy Spongebob Squarepants Step by Step Drawing Tutorial

Step 7

Start drawing the other fingers on his hands by drawing 2 letter ‘J’ like shapes on the left hand and 2 backwards letter ‘J’ like shapes on the right hand. Also find the center of his face by drawing a line down the center vertically (up and down) and horizontally (right and left).

Step 8

Now draw a letter ‘s’  like shape on the left hand and an upside down question mark like shape on the right hand. Now also find the center of the bottom half of Spongebob’s face…marked on mine by a dashed line. Now draw a circle for each eye…looking like a sideways number ‘8’.

Step 9

A good way to look crazy is to have one eye looking up and another looking down. So draw 2 circles (for a pupil / iris) within each eye…the left eye’s pupil/iris at the top-right, and the the right eye’s pupil/iris at the bottom-left eye.

Step 10

Draw 3 eye lashes on the top of each eye (as 3 rectangles). Also draw the bottom eyelid for the left eye by drawing a sideways ‘J’ like shape.

Step 11

Draw an upside down letter ‘U’ for the nose. Also draw a circle for the mouth.

Step 12

Draw a 2nd circle-like shape around the mouth….just don’t close the circle at the left side. Also draw the cheeks by drawing ovals that don’t close. Draw a frowny face in each one.

Step 13

Draw lines around the mouth, as pictured above. Draw a backwards letter ‘c’ like shape for the tongue.

Step 14

Finish the tongue off with a downwards curved line…and a tiny dash.

Step 15 – Finished Drawing of the Silly Looking Crazy-Faced Spongebob Squarepants

Now you just have to erase lines that you don’t need and outline the ‘correct’ lines with a pen or marker. If you are having problems figuring out which lines to erase, then reference my drawing (above) for help. With the thick outside dark marker line, doesn’t Spongebob Squarepants look Awesome?!
