Start with a slanted capital ‘I’ shape topped with a face shape.
Draw a lopsided ‘8’ on the chest and a trapezoid for the hips.
Draw her arms next.
Add her legs. A triangle for the pelvis, and curvy legs that narrow down to the feet.
Draw the outline for her hair.
Draw 2 wing shapes for her cape.
Now we draw her face.
Now finish the face. Draw the headband and the hair line.
