Written-Out Step by Step Drawing Instructions

(Step 1) Draw the bottom of a rectangle.

(Step 2) Draw a small line above the rectangle…and lightly draw guide-lines inside of the rectangle. These guide-lines will be erased at the end.

(Step 3) Draw curved lines for the upper corners.

(Step 4) Draw a bunch of circles for the shield.

(Step 5) Draw a sideways letter ‘j’ shape for the bottom left side of his face.

(Step 6) Draw a slightly curved line for the right side of his face. Draw ovals on top right and left side of his head.

(Step 7) Draw sideways letter ‘D’ shapes for eyes.

(Step 8) Draw curved letter ‘A’ shapes – one on shield and one on his chest.

(Step 9) Draw the upper parts of the bubble letter ‘A’ shape that is on his forehead.

(Step 10) Draw 3 lines on the ‘A’ on his forehead. Draw a sideways #3 shape on the ‘A’ that is on his shield and chest.

(Step 11) Draw 2 ovals for his left arm.

(Step 12) Draw 2 outward lines as if you were drawing an upside down letter ‘v’ shape.

(Step 13) Draw 2 curved lines for his outer legs.

(Step 14) Draw rectangle for tops of his boots. Draw a curved line in between his legs.

(Step 15) Draw sideways letter ‘c’ shapes for boots.

(Step 16) Draw 2 lines for his shirt. Draw a curved line for his smile.

(Step 17) Draw two letter ‘L’ shapes for the bottom of the ‘A’ that is on his forehead.

(Step 18) Draw a circle in each eye.

(Step 19) Draw two sideways letter ‘U’ shapes on the stars on chest and shield.

(Step 20) Draw lines on his shirt.

(Step 21) Draw lines and curved line.

(Step 22) Outline his entire body, as well as a few lines inside his body.

(Step 23) Fill in the eyes and lines black.
