Draw the bottom of the hat and a curve on both sides of the hat.

Draw an upside down letter ‘u’ for the top of Meg Griffin’s hat.
Step 16
The orange guidelines are to help you see where to place the shirt.
Step 17
Draw a bubble letter ‘u’ like shape for the shirt’s collar. Draw a sideways letter ‘j’ for each sleeve.
Step 18
Now draw the bottom of the sleeve by drawing another sideways letter ‘j’ like shape.
Step 19
Again, I drew orange guidelines to show you that the middle of the folded arms (that you are about to draw) is about the same point as the tip of Meg’s nose. To draw the arms crossing, draw a curvy letter ‘w’ like shape.
Step 20
Draw a sideways letter ‘j’ like shape for the top of Meg’s right arm.
